Terms of Service

Figora is an AI-powered product photography tool. You upload product photos, choose a style or describe a scene, and our AI generates professional commercial images.

The service requires an account (via Google, Apple, or email sign-up).

Image generation uses a credit system. New accounts receive 5 free credits. Additional credits are available through monthly subscription plans.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation, refund, and billing policies are governed by the respective store's terms.

1 credit = 1 AI-generated photo. Credits from paid plans may roll over to the next billing period.

You agree NOT to use Figora to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or explicit content
• Process images of people (the service is designed for product photography only)
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or abuse the AI system
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without refund.

You retain ownership of your uploaded product photos and generated images. By uploading photos, you grant us a limited license to process them through our AI system solely to provide the service.

You are responsible for having the rights to the products you photograph. Do not upload images you don't have permission to use.

AI-generated images are provided "as-is". While our AI preserves product details, results may vary. We do not guarantee that generated images will be suitable for any particular commercial purpose.

Free-tier images include a small watermark. Paid plans remove the watermark.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI processing depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Figora is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. This permanently deletes all your data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated through the app.

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
