Account information: email address, display name, and authentication data (via Google, Apple, or email sign-up).

Product photos: images you upload for AI processing. These are stored securely in our cloud storage.

Generated images: AI-processed photos created from your product images.

Usage data: app interactions, generation history, and credit transactions.

Device information: device type, operating system, and language preference.

To provide AI product photography services — processing your photos through our image generation system.

To manage your account, credits, and subscription.

To send transactional emails (account confirmation, purchase receipts).

To improve our service quality and AI models.

Your product photos are sent to third-party AI image processing providers for generation. These providers process your images solely to generate the requested output and do not retain your images for training purposes.

We do not use your uploaded or generated images to train AI models.

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Images are stored in private, encrypted storage accessible only to your account.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure token-based authentication, and secure credential storage.

Subscriptions are processed through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play. We never store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled by Apple and Google.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Third-party AI providers — for image generation (image data only)
• Cloud infrastructure providers — for data storage and authentication
• Subscription management services — for handling plan status
• Email delivery services — for transactional emails

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data (photos, generated images, transaction history) directly from the app's Account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.

You can download your generated images at any time from the app.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all your data (profile, photos, generated images, credit history) is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Figora is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy. Significant changes will be notified through the app or email.
